alticdigital is the multi-industry global technology and innovation subsidiary of ISSPL Systems and Solutions Private Limited (ISSPL), promoted by the Indian Register of Shipping (ISSPL) — a not-for-profit classification society established in 1975 and a member of the International Association of Classification Societies (IACS). Where the ISSPL group has spent five decades engineering trust through classification, certification and technical inspection, alticdigital extends that lineage into the digital era — designing, building and operating AI-first software, cybersecurity and business process services for industries that cannot afford to fail.

alticdigital does not begin life as a startup. It inherits the engineering rigour, audit discipline and cross-industry footprint of a group that has shaped global standards in shipping, manufacturing and services since the early years of independent India.

Founded in 1975 as India's national classification society. IACS member. Active across marine, offshore, defence and industrial inspection, with operations in India and overseas presence across 13+ countries.
ISSPL (ISSPL Systems and Solutions Pvt. Ltd.)
Set up in 2014 to operate the group's commercial certification, technology, training and digital businesses. Parent company of alticdigital.
